At a Special Meeting of the Membership of WSC on April 4, 2004, the membership voted unanimously to adopt the then-proposed changes to the "Nappen" Bylaws. T
More recently, the bylaws originally adopted on April 4, 2004 were amended at the Annual Meeting on November 21, 2004 (The gist of which was that the Board of Directors relinquished its right of final approval to the Membership Committee before a probationary member becomes a full member). The bylaws are posted here on the WWW in their currently approved form.
More recently, the bylaws were amended at the Annual Meeting on November 19, 2006 (The gist of which was that no Spring Meeting of the Membership is required and the quorum at a Board of Director meeting was reduced from 66.66% to 50%.
More recently, the bylaws were amended at the Annual Meeting on November 15, 2009 (The gist of which is that after November 15, 2009, no refund will be made by the Wayside Skeet Club for unused punches on prepaid Shoot Cards owned by members who no longer continue membership in the club. Former members may however, transfer ownership of Prepaid Shoot Cards with any value to a current member.)
